1. When is the next county surplus property online auction?: The county currently contracts with Ross Bandy Auctioneers for online surplus property auction services. On-line auctions of County surplus property are usually scheduled quarterly for the months of November, February, May, and August.

2. Where does a vendor need to deliver sealed bids?: Sealed bids and proposals must be delivered before the date and time specified in the solicitation, to the office of the Parker County Purchasing Agent:
1112 Santa Fe Drive
Weatherford, TX 76086

Late bids or proposals will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened.

3. Where can I view the bid tabulations?: Bid tabulations for non-transportation bond program bids can be viewed under the Bid Tabulations button on the left side of the Purchasing page menu. Transportation Bond Program bid tabulations are available on the program website.
