The Employee Benefits Office accepts and processes job applications, assists county departments in managing human resources, as well as manages/ coordinates employee benefits including health insurance, while maintaining the efficient use of available resources.
Parker County currently employs more than 450 individuals in over 50 departments. These departments include 200+ general county employees, 80+ Precinct employees, 40+ Adult and Juvenile Probation employees, 120 Sheriff Dept. employees and 20+ part time employees. We offer a wide variety of challenging employment opportunities in the fields of law enforcement, road and bridge construction, legal records management, general administration and operations, and other areas.
